First person account: Humanitarian Situations in River Nile State, Sudan – SCCU Publication #8





This summary is based on a first-person account of the conflict in Sudan and the grassroots efforts to help the displaced people. The author used primary sources such as interviews, observations and documents from the local community of the River Nile State. The author aimed to highlight the challenges and opportunities of the grassroots response and the gaps and needs of the humanitarian situation.
